At JN Farm Equipment & Trailer Sales, we stand behind the equipment we sell with a 30-day or 50 working hours return/reject policy—whichever comes first—starting from the day your item is delivered, no matter the time. During this window, you’re welcome to inspect your purchase and return or exchange it for any reason—no questions asked.

To start a return or exchange, simply email us by 5 PM PDT on the 30th calendar day from the delivery date (the purchase date counts as day 0).

If you’re requesting a buyback, the equipment must be located on your property at the time of the request. Payment will be processed at that location. We’ll repurchase the item for the full original purchase price, minus any applicable documentation fees, shipping costs, taxes, state fees, or expenses related to the return.
